2. Fees and Payments: SeatGeeks processes payments securely. Platform service fees are calculated per ticket sold and are deducted before payout distributions.

3. Conduct: You agree not to list illegal, fraudulent, or abusive events. SeatGeeks reserves the absolute right to suspend accounts listing violating content.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy details how we handle, process, and protect your personal information.

Information Collection: We collect details you explicitly provide, such as your full name, event data, credentials, and basic transaction records necessary for event management.

Data Protection: We implement high-grade industry standard encryption protocols to secure your account credentials, transactions, and event creation statistics.

No Selling of Data: We will never sell, trade, or distribute your email addresses or profiles to third parties for marketing purposes.
